Cash: VISA 485 HOLDERS APPLICATION
Background:
Mr & Mrs Gu has decided to purchase an owner occupied property after they’ve been together for a while. Mr Gu is Australian Citizen, the lady is visa 485 holders; they found a townhouse and entered into a contract. When they ask a bank for home loan, they were advised that the lady’s visa is not acceptable as borrower, they are in big trouble.
Solution:
After discussing with our lending consultant, we found both of them have high income level. However, only Mr Gu’s income is not sufficient to service the loan. The lady’s income is required as well. We looked into her visa and found it can be accepted by one of our cooperated partners. Finally, the young couple get the same rate with the local banks and successfully borrow 80% and settled their dream home.
